Our community welcomes you with different rate plans making Rio Bend the ideal place to retire, vacation or make your wintertime getaway. If you like making new friends, playing, enjoying an active, interesting social life and living a healthy stimulating lifestyle, coming home to Rio Bend RV & Golf, is an inspiration.
2008-2009 Season Rates
Daily, Weekly and Monthly are payable in advance. Annuals payable in advance or quarterly installments. All rates based on double occupancy. Electric not included in Monthly and Annual rates. Additional days for monthly residents are pro-rated based on season rate. Additional guests $3.00 per person per day. We are honoring all discounts cards such as AARP, Good Sam, Escapees, AAA, etc. (10% discount). Rates subject to all California State and Local Taxes, and are subject to change without notice.

Require 1 month deposit of $300 for advanced reservation and is applied to last month rent. Minimum of 2 months stay is required. Cancellation of any reservation requires a written notice and must be received 30 days prior to your arrival date and a $60.00 cancellation fee will be deducted. No refunds will be available on any cancellation of reservation less than 30 days.
