Country Club living means golf and so much more at Rio Bend. There is a vast array of sport, activities and spa features to tempt you. Centrally located in the heart of this beautiful resort is the Administration and Activity Building, Buckboard Cafe, a Pro Shop, Library Room, Swimming Pool, and Laundry/Restroom facilities.
Our onsite Activities Director is available daily to help you join in the fun. You'll find shuffleboard, billiards, horseshoe, water volleyball, regulation-sized bocce ball courts, putting green as well as aerobics, water exercise and our state of the art fitness center.
Craft classes include ceramics, sewing, quilting, painting, carving, scrap booking, card making, sculpture, and arts and crafts. Rio Bend sponsors all kinds of dancing from cabaret, western, line dancing, square dancing, and ballroom dancing. There is no shortage of special nights to show off your new dancing skills with good friends! Pot luck and ice cream socials, Thanksgiving and Christmas Dinners, New Year's Eve party, St Patrick's Day, Fun Day, Mexican Fiesta, Mardi Gras, and entertainment shows, all to entertain you and spice up your social life! If you like to play games, we have bridge, pinochle, cribbage, poker, euchre, dominoes and, of course, bingo!
