Park Model Rental Rates
All park models are fully furnished, including queen size bed, linens, utensils and TV.January, February, March:

Electric and propane not included in monthly rate.
$500 security deposit to hold your park model and applied to last months rent. Total rent due and payable at time of arrival. Cleaning deposit of $500 must be paid and is refundable at time of departure after facility inspection approval.
Cancellation requires 60 day written notice. Administration fee of $200 withheld from refund. No refund if less than 60 day notice.
